Workshop Supervisor – Truck Bay – Leeton

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Workshop Supervisor to join our Automotive On-Highway team in the Leeton Workshop.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
* Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results
* Consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
* Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch Leadership
* Completing required documentation
* Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Experience working on engine products and Heavy On-Highway Vehicles e.g., Kenworth, Western Star
* Experience in using electronic troubleshooting systems and following defined OEM procedures
* Previous or demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring in a workshop environment
* Effective communication and organization skills
* Organisational skills and be able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive Hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
* Monday to Friday Day Shift, 7.00am to 4.00pm
* Overtime paid as penalty rates for all work above standard Monday – Friday 38-hour work week
