A few of your responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge and Bell Desk departments, ensuring the promotion of position guest relations and a welcoming environment.
2. Assist guests with special requests, requirements; solve problems as well as assure guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
3. Recruit, develop and train the Concierge and Bell Desk team (including performance reviews)
4. Respond to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
5. Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
6. Curate memorable experiences at a 5-star level to ensure guests are provided the best recommendations throughout their journey.
7. Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork.
8. Manage the bell team with scheduling, performance management and training & development procedures.
What are we looking for?
9. Extensive leadership experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
10. Excellent knowledge of Sydney, tourist attractions, restaurants, theatres, sporting events, harbour cruises, fashion and retail
11. Outstanding presentation and communication skills
12. The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
13. Adaptable with exceptional interpersonal skills
14. Passionate to deliver excellent guest experiences
