Engaging with various stakeholders, the Group Manager is accountable for leading stores to meet key objectives and embed our purpose, values and ways of working to ensure a customer and team 1st culture built on solid foundations.You will provide support to the zone and state teams to deliver the company and zone strategy by guiding, coaching, influencing and motivating a team of Store Managers and 1200 team members.
