We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our software licensing team in Canberra on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid work available.

The Role
This role involves providing support to Account Executives and Account Managers in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include:
* Responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner
* Preparing quotations using Portal and other applications as necessary
* Assisting with sales proposal preparation
* Inputting Tenders as required
* Preparation of Customer price lists and distribution
* Maintaining Portal pricing input and pricing maintenance
* Examining back order reports and addressing issues and inquiries related to order fulfilment
The successful candidate will develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality customer service and long-term strategic customer relationships.
Your Experience
To be considered for this role, you will require:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role in an ICT environment
* Experience with Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel
* Effective negotiation and problem-resolution skills
* Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice
* Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy
