Under the direction of the General Manager, WFIT's Membership and Volunteer Manager will develop strategies and tactics to increase the number of new members and retain current ones.
The position is responsible for planning and executing WFIT's on air fund drives, direct mail program and digital campaigns.
The position is also responsible for managing WFIT's volunteers who help with fund drives, on-site presence at events and office operations.
