About the role:
The Brand Manager, Health Brands will lead a portfolio of health products, driving market growth and customer engagement. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and external partners. This role responsibilities include market analysis, brand building, forecasting, and sales performance monitoring. Ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of pharmacy customers and market trends.
Role & Responsibilities: Creation of Brand Plans (including details on the brand goal, objective, strategy and tactics) using the 5 Ps. Utilise data sets to create the Brand Plans which form the road map for the brands and is directly linked to the A&P spend. Execute all elements of the Brand Plan to increase sales/market share and consumer awareness. Maintain and update the base and incremental forecast for the portfolio of Brands monthly. Collaboration with Trade Marketing Team for go-to-market strategy & tactics. Skills & Experience: 2-4 years' experience in either an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager Role. P&L and A&P Management. Proven ability to interpret and apply data understanding to support business outcomes and plans. Brand Plan creation and implementation. Experience in delivering high volume projects simultaneously with tight timeline pressures. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience working in Marketing/Brand Management in the pharmaceutical industry. Benefits & perks:
