Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide the delivery of high-quality student placements and site coordination for the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training Program (RHMT). Through effective supervision of resources, processes, and service delivery outcomes, you will ensure healthcare professionals gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in rural and remote settings.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional people leadership skills, a deep understanding of rural and remote healthcare dynamics, and a passion for transforming lives through education.
