We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Producer and Editor to oversee and curate our digital content, ensuring it delivers high-quality insights and storytelling to a global audience.

The Role:
As the Content Producer and Editor - evokeAG. and growAG., you will lead the editorial direction of our platform, delivering world-class writing, editing and managing content creation. You will work closely with contributors, industry experts, ecosystem builders, and the internal team to produce engaging, thought-provoking, and timely content that aligns with our mission. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for innovation and technology, and a deep understanding of digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Content Editing & Curation: Edit and refine a wide variety of content (articles, reports, interviews, podcasts and event coverage) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with tone of voice and editorial standards.
2. Content Strategy: Develop and execute an editorial strategy that aligns with our goals, focusing on emerging trends, innovations, and key industry players in the agrifood tech space.
3. Contributor Management: Collaborate with a network of writers, journalists, podcasters, and industry experts to source and commission high-quality content, providing editorial feedback and direction as needed.
4. Event Coverage & Thought Leadership: Oversee coverage of events and industry summits, producing content that highlights key insights, innovations, and thought leadership from the agritech sector.
5. Editorial Calendar Management: Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and published across digital platforms on schedule.
6. SEO & Audience Engagement: Optimise content for search engines and audience engagement, using data-driven insights to guide editorial decisions and improve content reach.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal communications teams to align content with overall brand strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Who We Need:
1. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in editing, journalism, or digital content production, ideally with a focus on agriculture, technology, innovation or business journalism.
3. Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and style, ensuring content is clear, compelling, and accurate.
4. Experience in developing and executing content strategies that engage a professional, global audience.
5. Familiarity with the agriculture, agrifood technology, and innovation sectors is highly desirable.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple content projects, contributors, and deadlines.
7. Experience working with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
