We are seeking skilled Non-Stop Platform Analysts to support both project and Business As Usual (BAU) operations for our client's Melbourne-based client. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a critical platform within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Provide 24x7 support on an on-call basis for the production environment. Platform Enhancements: Address enhancement/work requests to upgrade and improve the current Non-Stop platform. Internal Initiatives: Work on technology lifecycle management, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure production environment stability. Cost Optimisation: Assist in cost optimisation initiatives and chargeback reporting. Risk, Audit & Compliance: Ensure platform governance, including risk management, audits, and compliance functions. Key Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of business functions and technical systems/applications supporting those functions. Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to define requirements, measure success from the customer perspective, and prioritise production incidents. Communication & Facilitation Skills: Clear written and verbal communication; ability to contribute to workshops and build strong stakeholder relationships. Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues (technical or resourcing). Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, contributing to team meetings and identifying process improvements. Experience in managing critical enterprise-class infrastructure, ideally HPE Non-Stop-based systems. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality. Experience in defining, implementing, and managing a regime in accordance with policies. Preferred Skills & Experience: NonStop Technical Knowledge including: Tandem Advanced Command Language (TACL) Job Scheduling Products (NetBatch) Subsystem Control Facility (SCF) TACL/TAL/Cobol Programming Languages Familiarity with ITIL processes, vendor management, and interaction with auditors. Finance industry experience and knowledge of Non-Stop hosted third-party applications. Experience in the payments industry is highly desirable. Qualifications: Tertiary education in a relevant sector or area. Industry-based qualifications relevant to the role. Relevant work experience in a similar role.
