Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, focusing on DTC logistics. Navigate multiple IT platforms to efficiently process and fulfill Australian DTC orders. Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely dispatch of all DTC orders across Australian and U.S. systems. Actively communicate with relevant teams through company platforms to keep everyone updated on ongoing activities. Contribute to record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Tech-Savvy Candidates: Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT platforms. Customer Service & Logistics Experience: Previous experience in these areas is a plus. Software Familiarity: Experience with Commerce 7, MYOB, and MYOB Advanced is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the wine, beverage, or FMCG sectors is desirable. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Tech Tools: Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams is essential. Team Player: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
