Job Responsibilities Connect with existing customers to verify and update contact information while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Present innovative maintenance service packages designed to provide year-round comfort solutions. Process service agreements and payments through the Service Titan platform. Achieve daily outreach targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate database records. Develop and maintain a calling strategy to maximize customer contact rates. Present seasonal maintenance offers aligned with heating and cooling needs. Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions. Contribute to the refinement of calling scripts and customer approach methods. Requirements Proven experience in outbound calling to Australian customers, particularly in service-related industries. Excellent English communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with mature demographics. Experience with consultative selling approaches and customer service excellence. Proficiency with CRM systems, with Service Titan experience being advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle payment processing and maintain data security.
