The Role We are hiring Residential Youth Workers to assist with a variety of shifts across multiple organisations in the Brisbane Region in Northern locations. ProCare Australia support a number of Residential Out of Home Care providers within Queensland with Labour Hire, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of key organisations. As the need and demand of the Community Services sector continues to grow, ProCare Australia are hiring qualified, experienced, flexible, hard working and passionate Residential Youth Workers. Providing trauma informed, strengths based and client-centred support to Children and Young People and their families is fundamental to this role.Shifts will be offered according to your preferences, skills and experience. Residential Youth Workers must have availability for sleepover shifts and weekend shifts.
