It's a fast paced ever changing working environment and you'll need to love solving problems. You will be responsible for making things happen, everything from the traffic and studio management to triaging new requests across the team. We have a traffic team of 3, soon to be 4, this is a newly created role.Responsibilities:Assist with the scheduling and resourcing of digital, UX/UI and creative projects agency wideDevelop positive and collaborative relationships with internal teams, including client service, creative, and production.Assist with all aspects of end to end project management – keeping things on trackCoordinate project reviews and meetings when requiredProvide regular communication and status reports to Head of TrafficSkillsYou will need:3-4 years experience as a Traffic Manager or Program Coordinator from a digital agency or production house backgroundSolid organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks at onceOutstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to keep projects on trackTo demonstrate solid problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.Ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutionsWork effectively in a team environment with a comprehensive understanding of creative, technical and production project phasesA positive attitude with a solutions focused approach, happy to pivot and be flexible as projects progress and priorities changeTo be a friendly and approachable person who has the ability to remain calm under pressureExperience with scheduling tools is essential, ideally Workbook, but open to others.About the CompanyCampaign Asia Specialist Agency of the Year Gold 2023Campaign Asia Integrated Agency of the Year Silver 2023We exist to help our clients find, get, keep and grow customers.
