We are looking for a reliable and focused Remote Data Entry Clerk to continuously update our company's databases. You are to liaise with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The data entry clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
* Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
* Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
* Prepare and sort documents for data entry
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
* Handle data entry tasks within specified timeframes
* Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure a high level of accuracy when entering data, double-checking for errors and omissions to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* High school diploma or equivalent qualificationExcellent typing speed and accuracy
* Proficient in using data entry software and tools
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to spot and correct errors effectively.
* Ability to work independently and also within a team with minimal supervision
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
