This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of partnering with leadership to address key strategic people challenges. What you'll need to succeed As a People and Culture Advisor, you will provide expert advice, support, and coaching to leaders on complex matters such as performance management, behaviour, grievances, workplace investigations, and fitness for work. You will play a key role in helping leaders improve employee engagement, performance, productivity, and retention. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape the organisation's people strategy and ensure it aligns with broader business goals. You will also contribute to enhancing the company's employment branding and engagement efforts, driving cultural evolution and promoting a performance-focused work environment. The role involves identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide guidance on policies, procedures, employment law, and change management, while leading change efforts to improve business outcomes. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to coach managers on people management and partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies for sustainable outcomes. It is essential to have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or significant experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and best practices being highly essential.
