The Job:
Using your local knowledge, customer focus, drive and enthusiasm to connect people with property, you’ll build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies relevant to the local market. Listing residential properties for sale, as well as managing the entire process, you’ll assist sellers and buyers with marketing, selling and purchasing property for the right price, under the best terms.
With well-established resources and support at your disposal, you’ll work hand-in-hand with both internal and external stakeholders to source leads and drive listings and sales of residential property. You’ll provide an exceptional level of customer service and support to all clients throughout the sales process. You will also manage buyer enquiries and perform property appraisals. You’ll negotiate agreements, including overseeing the contract and settlement process and manage clients’ expectations from pre-listing through to handover and beyond.

Skills Required:
As a well presented professional with a successful track record in residential sales, this role is the perfect opportunity to activate your aspirations for further growth. Self-motivated, a strong negotiator and driven to succeed, you’re commercially oriented in your approach and demonstrate integrity in your dealings.
A reliable, focused and committed individual, you have a current Agents Representative Certificate and at least 12 months experience in the real estate industry. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment, you’ll be dealing with a wide variety of people daily and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Saturday work is required, with the role also calling for evening work to attend open house inspections and meet prospective clients on occasion.
You’ll also have a genuine desire to succeed in the real estate industry, be organised, thorough and have a professional manner. Knowledge of current residential market trends would be advantageous.
