Job OverviewOur leading Communications Tech client is looking for a results-driven field marketing rockstar for the ANZ region. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter who is a strategic planner and stellar executor that can thrive in a very fast-paced environment. As a close partner to Sales, this person would have an in-depth understanding of the B2B buying journey across ANZ and is adept in driving lead generation, account-based marketing, and go-to-market campaigns to impact the presale and post-sale customer journey. Job DutiesLead overall Field Marketing across ANZ, including offline and online activities that are localized and tailored to drive results from key markets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams at global and regional levels to adapt messaging and positioning to the region, leveraging and localizing content for execution and delivery.Experience in delivering B2B campaigns to drive lead acquisition and building brand awareness.Launch integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with the APJ Campaign Marketing and Digital marketing teams, using marketing channels including email, social media, paid media (e.g., display ads, search marketing), and paid advertorial (sponsored editorial on business-related media outlets).Independently write specific project planning and execution plans, develop quotations and work reports, supervise project execution, and manage stakeholders from the APJ team.Job RequirementsResults-oriented, creative self-starter with 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience in a field marketing, demand generation, or marketing communication role.Prior experience working closely with Sales to deliver offline events and online campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Proficient in written and spoken English.Experience in creating and delivering ANZ regional digital content and webinars targeting audiences across both countries, including white papers, ebooks, and sponsored webinars with media partners.Good to have past experience delivering Account Based Marketing campaigns.Ability to collate and present campaign results, learnings, and wins.Experience using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker.Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to track campaign results and opportunity progression.Strong oral communication skills in business English, able to communicate effectively for daily communication, meetings, and more.Able to plan and execute in-person events, including managing agencies to drive event registration, develop content, manage event venue and logistics, and post-event follow-up including lead management.Effective in multi-tasking and willing to roll up your sleeves, regularly working outside of your comfort zone.Proven ability to work cross-functionally between APJ Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Engineering teams.High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
