We have a team of highly motivated and experienced staff who enable us to deliver complex projects safely and successfully.We have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Business Administrator to join our team based in Kingston. We are looking for someone who will be able to support the project teams and broader business by providing support in payroll, accounts payable and receivable, project administration and general business administration.In this position you will be responsible for: Accounts payable and receivable functionsBank reconciliationsAssisting with fortnightly payroll and timesheet managementGeneral business administration tasks as requiredTo be considered for this role you will need to have the following experience and attributes:Proficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeExperience in the use of XERO or similar softwareDemonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivableStrong organisational skillsHigh level of discretion and the ability to exercise confidentialityThis position is for approximately 16 hours per week, with some flexibility available regarding the structure of these hours across the week.The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a current National Police Check.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter through seek.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
