Create eye-catching YouTube shorts and Instagram reels, optimizing each piece for maximum impact on these fast-paced platforms. Apply your expertise in color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall aesthetic of all video content. Seamlessly integrate brand elements and maintain alignment across diverse video projects, reinforcing the client's visual identity. Collaborate closely with the content team to bring scripts to life, ensuring that the intended message is effectively conveyed through your edits. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and social media trends, continuously improving your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Requirements Proven track record in professional video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content for social media platforms (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS). Advanced proficiency in video editing software (specific software not required, but should be able to adapt quickly to new tools). Demonstrated expertise in creating both long-form content and short-form videos for YouTube and Instagram. Strong color grading skills and an eye for visual aesthetics that align with brand guidelines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with team members. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
