Based in Melbourne, this role offers the chance to manage end-to-end client relationships, from prospecting to retention, within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
As a pivotal part of the ANZ team, you’ll develop strategies to elevate the company’s sales performance, enhance market recognition, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape the commercial property landscape.

What do you do?
* Lead the Client Relations & Service Process, from prospecting to end to end care.
* Build and maintain an extensive local network across property and design sectors.
* Develop and refine sales and client strategies to increase market reach.
* Manage client touchpoints, from initial meetings to post-project satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What do you need:
* 10+ years’ experience in property, design, or construction.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation in sales strategies.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with exceptional organisational skills.
* Business acumen to deliver insightful reporting and client management.
