The Position: Plan, supervise and assist in the preparation of all onsite catering. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff. Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required. Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS. The Person: Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level. Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery. Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety. Own transportation with the ability to work Monday to Friday. An intermediate level of commercial acumen & proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365. Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house.
