Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our client’s team in Tuggerah, NSW. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date, offering a genuine work-life balance that will enable you to thrive in both your professional and personal life.
Salary details: As the right candidate, you will have the opportunity to enjoy great incentives that will enhance your overall work experience. On offer is a competitive salary package ranging from $60K – $80K, exclusive of KPI bonuses, retention bonus, travel assistance, and superannuation.

All about the role
We have a wonderful opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our client’s team in a flexible part-time or full-time position.
You’ll have the freedom to choose your own hours and days, with a partial caseload to start and build at your own pace.
As a successful applicant, you’ll be responsible for assessing children and adults, as well as developing, planning, and delivering therapy services in various settings such as home, school, nursing homes, and day care facilities. Additionally, you’ll be proficient in delivering group therapy and comfortable working with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing impairments.
If you have a passion for helping others and are excited to work with individuals from all walks of life, we’d love to hear from you. The ideal applicant should also be comfortable and enthusiastic about travelling around the Central Coast area.
The skills and experience I need for this job
1. Masters or Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
2. New graduates with a passion for Speech Pathology and a bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.
3. You must hold current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
4. Be eligible for Medicare Provider Status to provide clients with rebates for services.
5. Possess experience in both paediatric and adult Speech Pathology.
6. Must have current Police Check and Working with Children’s Check.
7. Hold a current driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
8. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team.
9. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
10. Be committed to ongoing learning and the application of Evidence-Based Practice in your work.
