The role: Our Retail Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of centres across Sydney and surrounding suburbs, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented. Key responsibilities include administering leases, maintaining tenancy schedules, conducting regular inspections, coordinating works, liaising with tenants, and providing recommendations for maintenance and capital expenditure.

We require a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management, a relevant degree, certificate of registration, current driver's license, knowledge of centre operations, strong organisational and time management skills, customer-centric approach, and strong communication skills.
