Your Role As the Operations Manager within our prestigious SPA program, you will uphold the elite standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence that define our aviation operations.This rare opportunity involves overseeing the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and engines within a program renowned for its impeccable track record.You'll ensure every aircraft under your supervision is in peak condition and ready for operation.Your duties include scheduling inspections, managing external repair services when necessary, and authorising aircraft release, all while adhering to our rigorous standards. Reporting to the SPA Program Manager, you will lead the SPA AMO workforce, ensuring alignment with operational demands.Your role is vital in maintaining the exceptional safety and regulatory compliance that our program is known for, while driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices and operational efficiency.Your leadership will be central to sustaining and enhancing the distinguished reputation of the SPA program. About You You are a seasoned professional with a background in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field, supported by formal qualifications such as a Civil or Military Aircraft Trade Certificate.Your deep understanding of Australian Civil and Defence Aviation regulations, along with hands-on experience in maintenance control systems and OEM service literature, distinguishes you as an expert in your field.
