Key Responsibilities
* Client Services:
o Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, including account opening, maintenance, and transactional support.
o Provide technical assistance for online banking.
o Resolve client concerns or escalate to the Manager as needed.
* Banking Operations:
o Process a range of banking transactions and perform system maintenance.
o Complete daily reconciliations and batch processing activities.
o Maintain and update records for accounts, loans, and other financial products.
* Compliance & Risk Management:
o Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
o Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in banking or credit union operations, with a focus on transactional banking.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in banking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
* National Police Clearance.
