The Opportunity
Based in Darwin, you will mentor, coach and manage a customer-focused and engaged customer service and administration team ensuring market-leading delivery of service and achievement of company KPIs.
* Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation.
* Highlight risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance
* Manage and maintain accurate data records
* Drive continuous improvement in the utilisation and productivity of administration and customer service processes
* Reporting and analysis of month end profit and loss activity and site performance highlighting cost and revenue trends
* Hands-on team, site and operational support where required
About You
You will bring your experience in managing and supervising customer service/administrative teams and personnel, as well as coaching and mentoring your team through change.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes
* Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms and reporting is beneficial.
