Plan, develop, review, and provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions designed to help clients achieve their goals.Deliver therapy, treatment, education, and training at MSWA facilities, in clients' homes, and external facilities as required.Provide oversight for any Physiotherapy staff delivering services to your associated clients.Maintain effective communication with all MDT members involved in client care.Assist in the planning and facilitation of education sessions for staff and other relevant organisations.Support and train MSWA staff, volunteers, and students as required.Provide clinical support, supervision, and guidance to physiotherapy staff and students.Identify and contribute to training/professional development needs within the department.Explore innovative ways to add value to existing services and find alternatives for effective service delivery.Document all Physiotherapy interventions and client correspondence effectively.Maintain contact with clients' external MDT members as required.Ensure all Case Notes are entered within 48 hours of service delivery.Liaise with Senior Therapists, Clinical Team Lead/s, and/or Physiotherapy Manager as required.Requirements Degree in Physiotherapy.Registration with AHPRA.2+ years working with an adult-based caseload.Experience working with adults with neuro-disabilities is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with neuro-disabilities and are excited about the prospect of living in beautiful Albany, WA, we would love to hear from you!Click APPLY now, or contact Danielle Richards directly at ****** #J-18808-Ljbffr
