Working for a digital bank located on the Gold Coast, you will be delivering customer service & management of accounts to customers, providing loan maintenance and variations of home loans.
Your new role
As a customer service officer specialising in home loans, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for our home loan customers, delivering outstanding service via digital channels and phone.
* Assist customers with their loan applications, queries, and ongoing support needs.
* Provide clear and accurate information about our home loan products and services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
* Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong customer service background, ideally in financial services or home lending.
* A passion for problem-solving and delivering tailored solutions.
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
* Knowledge of home loan products or lending processes is a plus!
