This advantage allows the delivery of innovative and cost-effective solutions.About the roleReporting to the Group CFO and Business GM, you will take control of managing the finance team and the Company’s financial system and risk management.ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and timely financial and management information about the company’s financial performance and standing using KPI’s to enable effective decision making in support of the company’s goals and targets.Negotiate banking facilities, manage relationships with financial institutions, and funding options for working capital or growth.Develop and monitor all necessary controls and strategies to ensure the company complies with statutory requirements.Oversee all tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations while identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies.Create the annual operating budget in conjunction with other managers and manage and report against these targets periodically to support business needs.Education / Experience / SkillsIdeally qualified accountant with relevant accountancy board, though will consider qualified by experience.This is a hands-on role, so needs to be knowledgeable on all aspects of the financial systems.Ability to work at all levels of the business.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance, Management, and Accounting/AuditingAgriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing
