Business Manager - St Michael's College
Position tenure: Permanent, up to 52 weeks per year including school holidays.
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am -4pm.
Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement.

The Business Manager will lead, plan, and deliver administrative, financial, and daily operations support across the school to achieve strategic goals and operational objectives.
In this pivotal role, you will:
1. Drive strategic and operational excellence, ensuring smooth financial, administrative, and facilities management of the college while contributing to its long-term growth and success.
2. Collaborate with our leadership team, staff, and stakeholders to align business operations with the school's mission, vision, and strategic direction.
3. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial, administrative, and daily operations.
4. Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach to contribute meaningfully to the success and growth of our school community.
5. In collaboration with the College Principal, plan, develop, and manage the College's budget, financial resources, and general assets ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety.
