About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will co-ordinate daily warehouse activities and will be responsible for inventory movement in and out of the business. This is a critical role in our team where you will support in logistical efficiency through the delivery of warehouse best practice processes, supportive leadership, and strategic planning.
4. Manage the receipt of a constant flow of inwards goods ensuring goods are receipted and put away in an accurate and timely manner to avoid missed sales opportunities.
5. Maintain and drive inventory accuracy.
6. Build and promote a team environment focused on engaging the team to work collaboratively, efficiently, and accurately to achieve the overall company objectives.
7. Plan the shipment of products and materials according to requirements.
8. Proactively coordinate inventory movements to ensure stock delivery obligations are met whilst ensuring all transfers between warehouses are reflected accurately on the system.
About you:
We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with previous warehouse management experience and a passion for the agricultural industry. In addition, you will bring:
9. Driver’s licence
10. Forklift licence
11. Truck Licence or desire to obtain one
12. Strong judgement with the ability to think creatively and make decisions
13. Problem resolution capabilities
14. Strong interpersonal skills.
