A global leader in the medical device space are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial leader based in Australia (ideally close to an Airport), they have an impressive position in a promising, growing market. Their products are extremely high-quality capital equipment which can be used across a range of different applications. The Sales team cares a lot about their customer base and values them highly.
The team are doing well and need a success-oriented leader to come in who will lead and coach them in a supportive way. A motivated, passionate and driven personality is necessary to fit well into the culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve targets
2. Coaching, on boarding and development of the sales team
3. Developing and implementing effective Sales strategies
4. Monitor and analyse performance to suggest improvements
5. Ensuring that sales objectives across Australia are met
6. Hiring and strategically planning headcount
7. P&L responsibility
8. Travelling with the team
Requirements:
9. Capital equipment Medical Device sales experience
10. Strong experience in medical device companies selling capital equipment
11. Sales leadership experience
12. Excellent communication and team skills
13. Based in Australia and willing to travel
14. Highly driven and motivated approach to work
15. Fluent in English
