We are seeking candidates who would be available to assist immediately, if required, to provide customer service and claim assistance after a weather event has occurred causing damage to vehicles
These temporary roles can last from 6 weeks up to 3 months. Office location - Northern Gold Coast.
Duties:
* Customer service - assisting individuals with their vehicle claim
* Administrative Support
* Claim application processing
* Data Entry
* Inbox management
* Customer service
* Inboind and outbound calls to customers
Key Skills/experience required:
* Flexible with availability - able to work Monday - Friday
* Available immediately - ability to start next day if required
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Be a fast learner and able to operative in a fast paced and changing environment
* An ability to demonstrate empathy and a willingness to respect others’ needs
* An ability to use initiative and adapt quickly to changing work priorities
* High attention to detail
