A boutique and vibrant Real Estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with property owners and tenants.
* Managing maintenance work and coordinating repairs.
* Overseeing arrears and lease renewals.
* Conducting routine and final inspections.
* Building relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio.
The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Property Manager.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A current driver’s license and your own vehicle.
* Current Property Management registration and a police clearance.
