The Role Work closely with the accounting team and act as a primary point of liaison with the clients. The role involves: Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system Lodging Tax Returns on the ATO portal Lodging corporate secretarial documents with ASIC Manage and prioritize daily office tasks Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings Reception duties Maintain accurate records and files Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements for the role include: Proven experience as an administrative assistant Must have experience in an accounting firm Strong communication skills Well presented, strong relationship management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information A positive and proactive attitude A willingness to learn accounting admin duties This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with clients and accountants on our team.
