Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.
Following the continued growth and success of the business, we have a permanent position available for a talented Procurement and Contracts Manager to work across our operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to the provision of construction and subcontractor contract management.

Key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing, negotiating and managing contractual arrangements with clients and subcontractors;
2. Providing commercial, contractual and procurement advice to the project management team;
3. Develop and implement supplier management programs and bench marking of vendors;
4. Track and review client contract conditions for projects and assist in notice and claim preparations as required;
5. Highlighting any major commercial, contractual or procurement risks or issues to the Project Director and working to reach a solution;
6. Liaising with internal stakeholders and key supplier contacts in relation to contractual and procurement related matters;
7. Ensuring that all commercial activities comply with contract terms and deliverables;
8. Analysing and utilising project and subcontractor cost reports and forecasts.
What we are looking for:
9. A tertiary qualification in engineering, business or a legal discipline;
10. Construction industry experience from EPCM, contractor or client side;
11. Experience in planning and financial reporting with a thorough understanding of the process involving variations;
12. Thorough knowledge of contractual documentation and procedures, including general conditions, special conditions, scope, precedence, progress claims and variation management;
13. Demonstrated experience in all facets of client and subcontractor negotiation;
14. The ability to build robust stakeholder relationships at all organisation levels;
15. Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports and instructions;
16. Experience at managing a small team (highly regarded); and
17. Proof of right to work in Australia.
