Join a Federal Government Department within the Information Services Branch who provide key services to the branch on sourcing requirements and bringing new vendors and resources into the organisation.
Your new role
The role will be responsible for establishing strong IT Vendor relationships, working with the technical team to find vendors for various projects, and in providing consulting on sourcing requirements and interfacing with the Procurement team. You will also manage contracts and support the financial management of projects and resources. You will need to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the corporate procurement team to bring together IT resourcing to a successful conclusion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess recent procurement experience with WOG panels, specifically the BuyICT panel. Additionally, you will demonstrate expertise in preparing comprehensive procurement documentation, including business plans, RFQs, tender evaluation reports, as well as work orders and variations.
