You can find located at Jefferies, a boutique provedore located in Croydon Hills and we pride ourselves on stocking a range of both local and niche products that cannot be sourced everywhere. We are more than just a grocery store, we have an in-store café, in-store florist, giftware, deli and bakery with homemade products on offer. In this role, you’ll partner with the Craft & Cru managers and team in building a positive, productive and proud workplace. The role will include the benefits of professional training within the liquor industry as well as comprehensive access to tastings across our range to build your knowledge and create sales opportunities. You’ll also gain valuable experience coaching and encouraging your team to give our customers personal experiences that count. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and customer experience. - Ensuring a neat and clean workspace is maintained at all times. - Stocking products (this includes rotating, filling and dating). - Understand and implement instructions. - Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards. - Use knowledge to build sales growth. - Assist in training of staff. - Complete the daily workload and schedules assigned to you. - Be able to handle customer queries and complaints quickly & efficiently. - Be aware & take appropriate action with stock rotation. - Maintain equipment in good working order. - Ensure standards are maintained in line with business policies and procedures. - Ensure you understand and implement your RSA responsibilities.
