The Position – Project Manager
* Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.
* Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
* Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
* Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
Skills and Experience
* 5 yrs+ construction industry experience
* Can demonstrate project experience in the commercial sector
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary circa $160k – 200k
