Our diverse client base includes school events, corporate functions, music festivals, and sporting events.
About the Role
As we enter a record-breaking year of events, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
We are seeking skilled Audio and Lighting Technicians with experience in operating professional equipment and a willingness to broaden their expertise through in-house and external training. Our inventory includes industry-standard brands such as Allen & Heath, Yamaha, Midas, GrandMA, Hog4, Chamsys, and Blackmagic Design .
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing, loading, and transporting equipment
2. Scheduling and performing equipment maintenance
3. Setting up and packing down event equipment at various venues
4. Operating audio and/or lighting systems during events
5. Communicating effectively with clients and venues to ensure seamless event execution
6. Working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
1. A full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours per month, paid weekly
2. Competitive pay (negotiated based on experience and qualifications)
3. 11.5% superannuation paid on all hours worked

What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in either audio or lighting operation, with a willingness to learn other areas
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
4. A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
5. The right to work in Australia
6. A manual driver’s licence (a truck licence is highly regarded)
