Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Northern Territory in the mining, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Travel within WA to meet clients on-site, understand project needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
* Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance.
The Successful Applicant:
* A strong sales hunter with a track record of success in B2B sales.
* Experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial services, understanding these industries and their key decision-makers.
* Resilient and self-sufficient, able to work independently and drive results without constant direction.
* A skilled relationship builder who can develop long-term partnerships with maintenance superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders.
* Knowledgeable about the Northern Territory's mining and industrial sector.
* Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
* Willing to travel and visit client sites to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
