Senior Manager, Data Analytics, DTC ANZJob ID 10113697 職位地點 Richmond, 澳大利亞 有意工作的公司The Walt Disney Company (APAC) 張貼日期2025/03/20工作概要:The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-To-Consumer is a global business segment with the mission of providing consumers around the world access to the content they want most, on the latest platforms, at a time of rapidly evolving consumer habits.Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star, ESPN, and more.We are looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).This senior role is dedicated to supporting business stakeholders with descriptive, diagnostic and predictive data analytics, and insights that drive growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & ManagementStrive to embody Disney’s Values of integrity, creativity, collaboration, community and inclusion.Lead, mentor and motivate a small team of analysts focused on providing descriptive, diagnostic and predictive data analytics and insights.Set goals, expectations, and clear spheres of responsibility for the team and direct reports.Identify learning and development opportunities for the team.Ensure the team has the tools and resources to perform effectively.Manage the flow of work within the team, ensuring coverage, continuity, and velocity.Represent the ANZ business within a regional data analytics team.Project PlanningProactively work with local and regional leaders to anticipate and improve initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.Collaborate with project owners and other internal partners to identify project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.Gather information and produce high-quality project materials in a timely way.Participate in direct-to-consumer team off-sites and planning days.Data Strategy & BIEnsure the data analytics team works in alignment with Disney policies governing data.Work directly with internal partners to facilitate the availability of direct-to-consumer data.Support internal partners with accessing a knowledge base related to data collection and processing practices.Collaborate with partners to develop and optimise business intelligence.Business OptimisationPrioritise in-depth analysis of features driving subscriber engagement and platform monetization.Conduct in-depth analysis of live event and sports content.Streamline processes by automating workflows and refining key metrics.Enhance platform capabilities in data modeling and visualization.Ideal experience:2+ years people management experience in a data analytics or related environment.10+ years relevant experience in an analytical role within a digital business.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; a graduate degree is preferred.Expertise in SQL with demonstrated hands-on experience.Strong knowledge of subscription services and the competitive landscape.Deep understanding of the media and content industry is preferred.This is a unique opportunity to join the talented team that develops and delivers unparalleled entertainment across Australia and New Zealand so if this role captures your imagination then apply now!The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
