Help in maintaining onsite safety and bring in improvisation and adherence to expected standards.What you will enjoy doingProviding administrative support to management, employees, and in some cases, clients and visitors.Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters, and scheduling meetings.Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.Planning meetings and arranging conference calls, as well as managing calendars via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.Answering emails with an appropriate greeting, salutation, signature, or standard closing.Arranging travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.Initiating contact with suppliers and neighbors by email, letter, or telephone to gain information, answer questions, or provide information concerning projects.Following up on issues until they are resolved.What makes you greatExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to analyze data.Expertise in MS Office is required for this role, as well as proficiency with office equipment.Knowledge of macros, database management, and invoice handling (desirable).Quick at learning new technologies.Commitment to safety is a must-have.New school leavers and freshers are welcome.Why you will love working with usBOC is a Linde company.
