Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise strategic workforce planning, mobility, and succession processes.
Work with Oracle implementation partners to ensure a seamless migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues while providing workarounds when necessary.
Support data migration, reporting, and system integrations.
Train and guide business users on best practices for Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
The Successful Applicant At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/Talent Management, with expertise in SWP, PM, and Mobility.
Background in Oracle EBS to Fusion transformations.
Hands-on experience in business process design and system configuration.
Strong experience with Oracle implementation partners.
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to be based in Abu Dhabi.
