They are looking for an Events Coordinator to join their growing team.Position Terms :Full-time permanent roleHybrid working : 2 days from home, 3 from officeSalary : $60,000 - $65,000 plus super plus bonusesThe Role :The Events Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the delivery of live projects and events alongside senior members of the team.
The Events Coordinator is responsible for a range of administrative duties, assisting with developing budgets and timelines, creating client invoices, monitoring budgets and timelines, managing third party suppliers, uploading and sending content to print, liaising with clients, and delivering events onsite.
The Events Coordinator will also be responsible for posting to the Agency's social media accounts, including TikTok.Key Responsibilities include :Work closely with the Directors brainstorming ideas and developing the creative of event conceptsResearch and report trends and ideas on an on-going basisManage and / or prepare internal and external written briefings / WIPs / contact reports for clients and teamAssist teams in the task of developing and implementing projects and events;Client liaison for duration of projects and eventsTimeline and milestone planningLiaison, coordination and implementation of creativeLiaison and coordination with production and build teamsManaging ticketing for a broad range of eventsManaging websites for a broad range of eventsLiaison and coordination of third party suppliersProject and event budgetingAssisting with the smooth running of event, including bump-in and bump-outWeekly social media posts to market the AgencyFilming videos and creating content for social media purposesAssist in managing day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects and events within scope and budgetAssist with supply of schedule, budget, and scope considerations for all production elementsThe Candidate :The ideal candidate will have some experience working within an events agency, either in an internship or paid position.
A recent graduate who is a go-getter and has a passion for creating creative experiences for clients is also ideal.
Experience with social media marketing and / or an understanding of social media trends is highly desirable.Clear written and oral communication skillsProject / event management experience (client and supplier management, and budgeting) is highly desirableExperience using TikTok and has an understanding of content that thrives on the platformAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and work under time pressureExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsSolid computer skills : working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Powerpoint, Word & Excel)Ability to work from the office 3 days a weekAbility to travel domestically and internationally for events when required
