Within People & Culture, the HR Operations team coordinates best practice HR activities on a day to day basis while ensuring high quality service delivery. Incorporating end to end recruitment, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations, HR Operations is at the heart of an employee's journey at the Institute.Role Purpose / Responsibilities:The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources Operations team. You will play a key role in drafting, administering and processing a wide range of agreements and facilitating the induction process for all staff, students and visitors to the Institute. You will manage the HR Operations group inbox and be responsible for producing and actioning monthly reports, and providing continuity around annual reviews, probation, visas and allowances. Recruitment support is also a feature of this role, with an opportunity to work with the HR Advisors on advertisement and PD drafting and candidate care.About you:You will be organised, and have good attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and you will enjoy providing a high-quality of client service delivery with your confident manner and good communication skills. Ideally, you will have experience using a HRIS, and be able to learn systems quickly and easily. A degree qualification in Human Resources or Business will provide you an excellent foundation for this position, as would an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or professional experience.Remuneration: Salary range is $74,999 to $83,810 p.a. plus generous salary packaging and superannuation.
