If you require adjustments to the recruitment and selection process, please get in touch with the contact person listed on this ad.About the RoleThe Control Systems Technician is a field-based role and as a minimum a Restricted Electrical Worker's licence (REL) holder, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising control systems critical to the operation of pumps, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), HVAC-R, and associated facility management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, maintenance, and fault diagnosis for pumps, Variable Speed Drives, HVAC-R, and related systems.Install, calibrate, monitor, and maintain sensors, actuators, and field devices.Provide technical support and collaborate with stakeholders for system improvements.Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.Respond promptly to emergencies to minimise downtime.Assist other trades and maintenance personnel in delivering maintenance works.Be rostered within the on-call out of hours / emergency response.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proficiency in diagnosing and maintaining pumps, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), HVAC-R systems, and associated control systems.Skilled in the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of sensors, actuators, and field devices.Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and standards.Expertise in responding to system faults or emergencies.Qualifications/RequirementsA Victorian Restricted Electrical Worker's licence (REL) is the minimum mandatory requirement.How to ApplyPlease click the Apply button on this advertisement.
