About the role We are looking for an experienced IT Support Coordinator with skills in front-line support and customer service to join our new Department. This role provides end user support and coordinates with multiple teams and vendors to resolve customer issues and requests. This requires close collaboration with internal IT teams and shared service providers. You will be responsible for support activities across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. You will remain hands-on for onboarding and daily tasks, providing front-line support and advice to users. Communication is essential, as you will support the senior technical lead with developing business processes and knowledge articles. This role will include mix of project tasks and IT support. About You You are an ICT Coordinator with experience in working with Service Level Agreements and you will have: A can-do attitude and experience in customer service and the IT Support function. Strong understanding of end-user devices, including troubleshooting issues with Windows 10. laptops, Android devices, and Apple iOS devices. A Foundational understanding of IT networking. Qualifications in IT or similar. A proactive approach, allowing you to contribute effectively to IT support initiatives. A good understanding of the IT Operations function in Australia. Great communication skills to provide clear and concise messaging across the Department, combined with your excellent attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
