Ad Operations plays key role in driving technology, innovation and insights within the digital landscape. The successful candidate will be someone who works well in a fast paced dynamic environment and understands the sense of urgency and attention to detail inherent in delivering successful media campaigns. What does a day look like for you? Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimising of online advertising campaigns Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers Who you are: Ability to investigate, analyse and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly Attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritise multiples tasks under pressure Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills Excel proficiency preferred Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude About KINESSO KINESSO is the technology-driven performance marketing agency that sits at the very heart of IPG Mediabrands, providing actionable growth for both our agency partners and clients.
