The Company:
Our client is a privately owned, well-known property group that own a portfolio of Shopping Centres throughout Sydney.
The Role:
Reports directly to the Retail Marketing Manager and Centre Manager. Key Stakeholders are Centre Managers, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Co-ordinator, Centre Management Team
Your duties will include:
1. Responsible for managing all digital marketing activities for all properties including social media platforms, website and email. Drive the digital marketing program to maximize usage and create initiatives and be on the front foot of digital technology.
2. Maximise growth of databases across all customer segments and manage the administration.
3. Manage the Visual Merchandising in Centre, coordinate display cases, managing the program and brief the VM contractors to deliver on time roll outs
4. Support the development of publications as needed with the Retail Marketing Manager.
5. To build a relationship with retailers and customers as needed
6. Assist the Retail Marketing Manager as needed with promotions/events
7. Work closely with the Centre Manager, Concierge and Operations
8. Manage collection of competitor material, including newspaper clippings, digital promotions, and online analytics and be the owner of all information relating to competitor activities and report to team.
The Ideal Candidate:
9. Retail Digital Marketing Experience
10. Experience working in a Shopping Centre is preferred
11. Project Experience
12. Ability to gather and interpret web/social media analytics
13. Copywriting/Proof-reading
14. Photographic skills
